The Price for Commercial Parties (ie company picnics) is $1000 per day up to 499 persons. Excess of 500 or more is $100 per day, per each additional 100 people. Additional $3500 damage deposit or $5000 bond required. Must supply insurance certificate naming “The Noble Ninth Inc, 89 Western Hwy, Tappan NY 10983” as additional insured.

  • STAFFING SERVICES – $215 per person needed
  • KITCHEN – WITH CLEAN UP BY RENTOR – $200 PER DAY
  • KITCHEN WITHOUT CLEANUP BY RENTOR – $550 PER DAY
  • CUSTODIAL SERVICES (commercial event) – $350 per day, $750 minimum
  • BAR B Q RENTAL – $110 (charcoal and other supplies not provided)

PARKING UP OR DOWNHILL IS INCLUDED AS LONG AS YOU DON’T NEED AN ATTENDANT.
